Today in class we drew the music there was no wrong way to express yourself on the paper, what does this wonderful child do? He composes a song! Im so amazingly proud of these children and their progress! My cup runneth over!

Getting ready for my child mindfulness class tonight! We’re focusing on being in the present by touching on a bunch of things, yoga, breath, art, and sound! It will be a good class! I’m excited!
