Dancing with Parkinson's and Dance Saskatchewan are presenting a FREE 10 week program with Kathy Bond instructing! It will take place between May 20 and July 29 at Dance Alive Studios in Saskatoon (10 - 2404 Thayer Ave). The classes will be at 10:30 am. The classes are open to people with Parkinson's disease and their caregivers.

Dancing with Parkinson's Canada aims to bring people living with Parkinson's disease and seniors out of isolation and into an artistic community where they can dance and connect with others.

Kathy Bond has over 50 years of experience as a dance teacher and fitness instructor and has been teaching Pilates for over 25 years. Kathy completed a new program with the NBS and Baycrest Health Sciences Center on Teaching Dance for Older Adults with Dementia. In May of 2024, Kathy completed training through Dancing with Parkinson's and NBS in Toronto.
