Just yourself and a water bottle!

Everything else is taken care of. Our studio is fully equipped with complimentary mats, all necessary equipment, sweat towels during class, and chilled scented towels waiting for you after.
The space is gently heated with infrared warmth to help you move deeper, activate your muscles more effectively, and support a faster, more intentional recovery.

Low lights. Slow burn. Real control.
