We’ve covered the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for adults, but now let’s shift the focus to our children and youth!

These guidelines are divided into four key categories:

SWEAT – Moderate to vigorous physical activity
STEP – Light physical activity throughout the day
SLEEP – Consistent and sufficient rest
SEDENTARY TIME – Limiting screen time and sitting for long periods
