I never post photos of myself on here… but I’m trying to be better about that so be prepared to see a lot more of me🤍

I particularly love this one.
Because yes….you see three moms having the best time…but what I see is our team.

It may have started as three moms just being moms… however somewhere along the way, we became so much more.

We are each other’s support system.
We are each other’s cheerleaders.
We walk through the hard conversations.
We celebrate the wins.
We hold space.
We show up.
We doula each other.

That kind of support? It changes everything.

Behind every strong mom is a circle that helps hold her steady. I’m so grateful for mine 🤍✨

✨ A Sweet New Arrival ✨

We welcomed a beautiful new baby girl into the world around 3:00am 💕

Mom went in for her induction and we approached everything in the most gentle way possible. Contractions started, things were moving along so well… and then mama decided to be an overachiever and went from 4cm to 10cm in just TWO hours 🙌🏼🔥 Talk about powerful.

Baby kept everyone on their toes (a little stinker putting mom through every hoop 😉), but mom handled it all with so much strength and grace.

Mom and baby are both doing absolutely fabulous, and my heart is so full.

Fun fact: this was my very first girl birth 💗 and I couldn’t have asked for more wonderful people to experience it with. What an honor.

Reminder to myself… and to every human reading this:

You are not “too much.”
You are not behind.
You are not failing.

You are doing your best with what you’re carrying and that matters.

Whether you’re parenting, pregnant, partnered, single, healing, building, grieving, dreaming, or just trying to make it through the week… you are worthy of celebration.

You deserve rest.
You deserve softness.
You deserve joy that doesn’t require permission.

As a doula, I support families through some of life’s biggest transitions and the one thing I know for sure is this:

The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for everything else.

So speak kindly to yourself today.
Take up space.
Choose the chocolate.
Protect your peace.

You are allowed to exist fully exactly as you are.
