Do you suffer from jaw pain? And your dentist is the only one that has ever been inside your mouth?

Intra-oral massage is a soft tissue manipulation that works on the muscles inside your mouth. Gloves are worn, and only my index or pinky finger will be used(of course not at the same time).

I don't work in your mouth for the entirety of the treatment, usually only the last 15/20mins of your session. We won't forget about the rest of your body as everything is connected. I know it sounds weird, but think about all the muscles in our face, jaw and neck that help us smile, chew, talk and sing. Sometimes they need some attention and assistance in releasing.

This is a vulnerable treatment. Consent and communication are very important before and throughout. If you are uncomfortable with working inside your mouth, there are other ways so please let me know and we can discuss.
