🏌️♀️ Most golfers skip a proper warm-up before their round.
💪 Try these quick mobility drills before your round to improve rotation, loosen your shoulders, and help prevent injuries.
My go-to golf club warm-ups:
1️⃣ Shoulder Flexion and Extension
2️⃣ Overhead Side Bends
3️⃣ Golf Stance Rotations
4️⃣ Club Pushes
5️⃣ Lateral Lunges
Finish off with some small practice swings that gradually get bigger and faster until you reach a full swing!
⏱️ This takes less than 2 minutes and can be done right on the tee box.
