The main energy source for our human body (glucose) comes from the food we eat. Our bodies produce a hormone called insulin which helps the cells of our body convert this glucose into fuel.

When our glucose levels go out of balance, it can affect our circulation, vision, digestion, organs (heart, kidneys, pancreas), and even nervous system.

To bring our system back into balance, we need to make lifestyle changes that include exercise, diet, and supplementation. We can also support in bringing all our systems and organs back into coherence by tuning into the quantum energy field where the blueprint of all these structures exist.

Here are 5 Steps to a Daily Mindfulness Practice:
1) Start your day with 5 minutes of deep breathing. Take slow breaths in and slow breaths out 3x a day.
2) Practice gratitude by listing 3 things you’re thankful for.
3) Take mindful breaks – step away from screens and observe your surroundings.
4) Eat mindfully – savour every bite, focusing on flavours and textures and it impacts your digestive system.
5) End your day with a short reflection or meditation; acknowledge what worked and what didn’t and what changes you want to make the next day.

The more you devote time to this practice, the stronger you will feel internally, and events that are stressful will have less impact on your energy field.

You deserve to give yourself a second chance whenever you make a mistake. Practice pausing whenever you feel stressed, or need to start over. It will help your body and mind to relax, reset and start from a new place.

This pause is so important as it literally creates a new energetic space within you where a spark or a light opens another door, inspiring you to move forward with renewed energy or in a new direction.

As we evolve, and wake up to who we really are, we will realize that we are not alone in this universe. That in fact, we are a part of that universe, and that we are here to not only co-create with each other, but to evolve as a human species.

And the Earth has provided a perfect environment for us to do so. That’s why it’s so important to take care of the Earth as best as we can so that we can continue to flourish.

When you take your time and notice what you eat, what are you aware of within you? Were you able to eat without distraction?
Did you enjoy your meal?

I remember when I was being trained to be an Enlightenment Master many, many years ago, one of our daily routine was to eat in silence, without distraction, noticing the texture and taste of each morsel, how our digestive system was working, what thoughts came up as we were eating, and how our bodies felt overall.

Overall it was an enlightening experience!

A healthy heart is supported by a combination of factors that include lifestyle habits that include daily exercise and getting consistent quality sleep as well as dietary choices that include eating vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats.

These choices and habits help maintain healthy blood vessels, reduce inflammation, and improve overall cardiovascular function.

One other important factor that underlies maintaining a healthy heart is to work with the quantum universe to support the original blueprint of that structure.
