Here are some tips on healing the fear of change:
(1) Embrace change by leaving behind what is familiar even when it no longer fits your longing to live in alignment with your heart;
(2) Trust your inner guidance even if you cannot see what is ahead of you; when you choose to follow your inner guidance, your desire for hope, presence and courage to live the life you are meant to live keeps your heart alive and open;
(3) Let go of the past and acknowledge what you have learnt; it helps you to move on to what's more important to your soul's journey;
(4) Allow a quiet rebirth within to flourish and strengthen; this will move you forward with greater clarity and a deeper wisdom about yourself, your life and your journey.
