We had the sweetest time at our 🎊1st Annual Holiday Gathering🎊with a few beautiful souls from our ClairConscious community. Even though not everyone could make it, it felt special to slow down, connect, and close out the year together.✨

We also shared a little sneak peek of what’s coming in the new year — our mindfulness lifestyle line — and gifted everyone our first creation, a soothing sugar scrub. A small reminder that caring for our Body, Mind, and Spirit can start with simple, grounding practices🌸

Recently, we had the joy of hosting a dance workshop with Hand Over Hand , a non-profit that fosters safe and inclusive spaces for the disability community. It was a truly heartwarming experience—so much laughter, energy, and connection! 🤍

✨️GRATITUDE✨️

Still on a high from our first ever Rhythmic Connection class yesterday evening🥰 Gratitude feels my heart for the beautiful souls that joined and supported the launch of our latest class program.

It was truly a lovely experience - we came together as a community, danced, meditated, and it was a beautiful reminder of the Power of connection and the magic that unfolds when hearts unite in Movement and Mindfulness 🤍

✨DANCE MEDITATION✨

As a Dance (Movement) Meditation Facilitator, I guide my students to step out of their busy minds and into a world of embodied practices that truly connect the mind and body. In my classes, we dive into meditation through the art of mindful movement/dance, using our breath as a trusty companion to stay grounded in the present moment.

It's not just about tuning into the sensations in your body but also moving to a carefully curated playlist filled with divine beats and soothing sounds. Your body becomes the dance floor, and you're the observer, creating a serene and blissful experience.

Our sessions end with a few moments of stillness, either sitting or lying down, to savour the beauty we’ve co-created as a collective.
