* This will be the last Reset Button until the autumn so come and get that relaxation fix.
It's also the day before International Women's day so gather your gal pals and treat yourselves!
Mom's Day Off - An extended mini retreat with Prana Sauna
Saturday May 9th, 1-6pm

Yoga & Sauna with HeyWanna Sauna at Mission Point House/Davis Bay
Our last yoga and sauna was a wonderful success, keep an eye on social media or email here for more information about the next one, likely end of March/beginning of April
I am looking to gauge interest on running a regular Sunday morning and/or Wednesday evening Yin Yoga class in either Davis Bay or Sechelt. Please let me know if you have any interest in attending this. I plan to offer drop-in prices on a sliding scale of $10-20 per person depending on what is affordable for you.
