These monthly gatherings are designed as a sanctuary to unwind, receive, and connect through sound and touch. Expect live harp, lomilomi massage, on-the-body and Biofield tuning fork attunements—and of course, Anahata bringing her kitten magic.

There will be tea, so please bring a mug, along with a yoga mat, blankets, and anything else that helps you feel cozy and comfortable. (there will be a some on hand too)
