⏲️Set a reminder on your phone an hour before your normal bedtime. This is a wind down reminder.
⏲️Set another reminder for 30mins before your normal bedtime. You should be in bed by now. 🛏️

It may take a few days for this change to start working, but your body will thank you! 🌕

The season is here! The weather is bonkers and our tired bodies are trying to do their best to keep up. Just a reminder to let us know if you're feeling under the weather. Things happen! We're only human.
