I wanted to share with all of you my quick date night in charcuterie board

Using our red pepper jelly , any dip mix for seasoning the cream cheese using our 1/4 sheet pan and 1/4 sheet pan liner as a "board" calls for SUPER easy cleanup.

The liners are def a money saving item i NEVER 7se parchment paper anymore and its better for our environnement

Try personalizing this classic recipe with chocolate chips, coconut, raisins, diced dates or dehydrated apricots.

Ingredients
1 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tspApple Pie Spice
1 cup butter
1 1⁄2 cups packed brown sugar
1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup dried berries

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and apple pie spice.
Cream butter, sugars and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in oats until well-combined. Fold in dried berries.
Drop dough by heaping teaspoonful 3” apart onto on a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Lightly flatten cookies with the palm of your hand.
Bake for 10–12 min, or until lightly browned at edges.

I will never get a crunch wrap at Taco Bell again!

So much better! I used taco seasoning for my meat and queso for my cheese sauce. SO GOOD!!!

Bought the burrito sized tortillas and corn tostadas for the inside.

Layered the taco beef (you can use turkey, chicken, easy peasy taco) and queso.

Added the tostada and topped with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, hot sauce jalapeños and shredded cheese.

Wrapped it up and pan fried until both side are browned.

I highly recommend this one!

Make-Ahead Mexican Layer Dip

Ingredients
1 recipe Black Bean Dip, prepared
1 recipeNacho Cheese Dip, prepared
1 recipe Guacamole, prepared
1 recipePoco Picante Salsa, prepared
1 1⁄2 cup grated cheese
1⁄2 cup green onions
1⁄4 cup chopped pitted black olives
1 cup shredded lettuce, optional

Preparation
Spread Black Bean Dip in the bottom of a large bowl that will hold at least 10 cups. Using a low, wide bowl will make it easy to dip through all the layers.
Using a spoon, dollop Nacho Cheese Dip overtop then spread out. Repeat with Guacamole, and then finish with Poco Picante Salsa.
Starting outside, garnish with concentric rings of cheese, onions, and olives. Scatter lettuce over top, if desired. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. For best results, bring to room temperature before serving.

Per serving (3 tbsp): Calories 60, Fat 6 g (Saturated 2 g, Trans 0 g), Cholesterol 10 mg, Sodium 120 mg, Carbohydrate 4 g (Fiber 1 g, Sugars 1 g), Protein 2 g.

Tips
Get ahead of the game and prep all the dip layers 1–2 days before assembling. Follow the recipe on the back of each jar—you’ll need black beans, diced tomatoes, lime, avocado, sour cream, cream cheese, and grated cheddar cheese

I 💜 how creative Epicure consultants are in their test kitchens! Someone just shared this & now I want donuts!
🍋Lemon Cake Donuts🍋
w/Lemon Glaze
✅Gluten-free
✅Dairy-free
✅can be Oil-free
✅Loaded with 🍋
Recipe:
16-18 min @ 350*
Dry ingredients
1 Pouch of Epicure's Lemon Curd mix
1 1/2 cup Epicure's Easy Peasy Bagel, Pancake & Waffle mix or GF Flour blend
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Epicure Sea Salt
Wet ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup Non-dairy Yogurt
1/4 cup oil (or 1/4 cup more apple sauce)
1/4 cup Apple sauce
2 Tbsp Lemon zest (a whole lemon worth)
2-3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice (reserve rest for glaze)
Makes 15-18 donuts 😮
Glaze: (for dipping all donuts once cooled)
2 cups Icing sugar
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
*Add juice slowly, stir, until desired consistency and crusts over when left sitting
*can sprinkle with Summer Berry Dip Mix or Tutti Fruity Topper before glaze is dry.
