Kristina is a RMT specializing in CranioSacral Therapy and Energy Modalities such as Reiki~SRT~MDS

My approach to healing is a blend to physically bring the body back in balance so it can start to heal itself. When we add awareness and gentle breath, it helps to facilitate the transition out of the physical body. If we acknowledge the emotional stories that are trapped in these injuries our bodies can release them and start to move into balance.

I am so excited to share what I have been up to this Summer !!
I have completed my 200 hr intensive Yoga Teacher Training at Prana Yoga !! What a gift to take a month off and immerse myself in the study of Yoga.

Stay tuned for upcoming classes! I will be teaching some donation classes outdoors in the coming weeks in Sherwood Park !

What a lovely day celebrating and honouring Beltane with 🙏☀️🌱

Beltane is an ancient fire festival celebrated May 1st, marking the vibrant transition from spring to summer. Beltane stands at the midpoint between the spring equinox and the summer solstice, heralding the light half of the year.
We observe the beginning of summer from the evidence of nature itself-increased warmth, the blooming of plants, and the fertile earth ready to sow crops.
