Strong parents aren’t born, they’re supported.

Support isn’t a weakness. It’s what allows you to parent with patience, clarity, and presence. Therapy helps you untangle overwhelm, manage guilt, and reconnect with the parent you want to be.

Mental exhaustion isn’t just “being tired.” It’s your nervous system saying, “I’ve hit my limit.”

In therapy, we help you learn how to rest, regulate, and release the pressure you’ve been holding so recovery becomes possible, not just survival.

“Stalking” an ex (online or in person) is often a way of managing pain, not malice.

It’s a form of emotional checking: Are they okay? Have they moved on? Was I enough?

In therapy, we explore what’s underneath the urge: attachment wounds, anxiety, unfinished grief, etc. Therapy can help you build tools to soothe without self-sabotage.

Healing isn’t about ignoring them. It’s about reclaiming yourself.

Gossip and social drama are often signs of teens trying to find belonging, they just don’t have all the tools yet.

Therapy can help to build confidence. Therapy is a:

Safe Space to Explore:
Therapy offers a judgment-free zone where you can be honest about your fears, doubts, and insecurities without feeling judged.

A place to identify negative self-talk:
A therapist helps you notice the harsh or unhelpful things you say to yourself and challenges those thoughts.

A place to build self-awareness:
Understanding your strengths, values, and triggers helps you feel more grounded and certain in who you are.

A place to learn new skills:
Therapy teaches coping skills—like assertiveness, self-compassion, and setting boundaries—that boost your inner strength.

A place to practice & reinforce:
Regular sessions offer a chance to practice these skills in a supportive environment, making it easier to apply them in daily life.

A place to healing past wounds:
Addressing past experiences that hurt your self-worth clears the way for healthier self-esteem.

Guilt has a purpose — it points us toward our values.
But when we’ve made amends and still hold onto it, guilt stops being a guide and starts being a cage.

Resolving guilt means separating the two, owning your actions without condemning yourself.

Growth requires grace.

Healing begins when you let guilt transform into growth.

Sometimes we spend so much time practicing the problem (replaying it, analyzing it, and carrying it around) that there’s no space left for a solution to land.

Change begins when we start rehearsing something new. Start asking different questions to find clarity!

Betrayal cuts deep. Whether it’s infidelity, broken trust, or emotional disconnection the pain is real. Healing after betrayal takes time, honesty, and support.

You don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy can help you process the hurt, rebuild trust (in yourself or others), and decide what comes next.

Individual and couples sessions available.
