Choosing yourself doesn’t mean neglecting your family, or your responsibilities, it means you’re including yourself in the list of what matters.

Moms, you are so used to pouring into everyone else that the idea of “making time” for yourself feels impossible. But often it’s not about finding more time, it’s about noticing what drains your energy, letting go of the things that don’t serve you, and making space for what actually does.

Take a look at how you are spending your time and energy:

✨Instead of doom scrolling for 15–20 minutes, use that time for a stretch, journaling, or simply sitting in peace.

✨Stop saying yes to obligations you don’t actually want to do. Use that space for something that supports you.

✨Let go of perfection mode. Chores don’t have to be spotless before you allow yourself a break.

It doesn't have to be one or the other, you have to decide what matters most!
