🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6)

4 lbs pork ribs 🍖
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp hickory smoke salt
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder 🧄
1/2 tsp ground red pepper (optional) 🌶️
2 cups your favorite BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s is a winner!)

👩‍🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

2️⃣ Remove the tough membrane from the back of the ribs (this helps them get extra tender!).

3️⃣ Mix brown sugar, smoke salt, paprika, garlic powder, and red pepper to make your rub.

4️⃣ Coat ribs generously on all sides with the rub.

5️⃣ Place ribs on two layers of foil, meaty side down.

6️⃣ Cover with two more layers of foil and seal tightly (edges up to keep juices in!).

7️⃣ Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, until meat starts pulling away from the bones.

8️⃣ Remove from oven and preheat broiler.

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced 🧀
1 (12 oz) jar roasted red peppers, sliced (or homemade) 🌶️
1 bunch fresh basil leaves 🌿
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x12 casserole dish.

2️⃣ Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing into the side (don’t cut all the way through). Open and lay flat.

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 breasts) 🍗
4–6 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded 🧀
1 cup spinach, thawed & drained (or freshly cooked) 🌿
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning 🌶️
Sea salt & black pepper (to taste)
Toothpicks (lots!)

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 8)

4 lbs spare ribs (trimmed) 🍖
2 tbsp seasoned salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp vinegar
18 oz low sugar BBQ sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar

1️⃣ Cut ribs into sections so they fit nicely in your slow cooker.

2️⃣ Season ribs generously with seasoned salt.
