🌮🐟 Healthy Fish Tacos with Chipotle Cream 🐟🌮
Fresh, zesty, smoky, and packed with flavor 😍 These healthy fish tacos are loaded with tender seasoned tilapia and topped with a creamy chipotle sauce that brings the perfect little kick!

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)
🌶️ Chipotle Cream
• 1 cup nonfat sour cream
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 chipotle chiles in adobo, seeded & minced
🐟 Fish Filling
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 cup chopped onion 🧅
• 1 cup chopped tomato 🍅
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
• 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 🌿
• 1 lb tilapia fillets
• 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 🍋
• 1 tsp grated lime zest
🌮 For Serving
• 4 fat-free tortillas, warmed
• Roasted corn 🌽
• Black beans
• Lettuce or cabbage 🥬
• Jalapeños 🌶️
• Chopped scallions
• Extra cilantro
• Lime wedges
👩🍳 Directions
1️⃣ In a small bowl, combine sour cream, salt, and minced chipotle peppers. Chill until ready to serve.
2️⃣ In a skillet over medium heat, sauté butter, onion, tomato, cumin, cinnamon, salt, garlic, and cilantro for about 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Add fish to skillet, cover, and cook about 3 minutes or until fish becomes opaque and flakes easily.
4️⃣ Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and zest.
5️⃣ Warm tortillas and set out toppings buffet-style so everyone can build their own tacos 🌮😍
6️⃣ Drizzle generously with chipotle cream and serve immediately!
