🔥🍗 Chicken Bombs (Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Chicken!)

These Chicken Bombs are juicy, cheesy, smoky, spicy, and wrapped in BACON.
Basically… a flavor explosion. 💥😋

🛒 Ingredients

5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (makes ~10 bombs)

5 jalapeños, sliced lengthwise & cleaned

20 slices bacon

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup Colby Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s recommended)

👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Prep the Chicken
Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally (like a bun). Pound to ¼" thickness. Season with salt & pepper.

2️⃣ Stuff the Peppers
Mix cream cheese + shredded cheese. Spread ~1 tbsp into each pepper half.

3️⃣ Assemble the Bombs
Place each filled pepper cheese-side down on a chicken piece and wrap tightly.
Wrap each chicken bundle with two slices of bacon, fully covering it.

4️⃣ Grill Method (Best flavor!)
Preheat grill to 350°F (indirect heat).
Cook 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes and basting with BBQ sauce each turn.

5️⃣ Oven Method
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes (no sauce yet) to help crisp the bacon. Flip once.
Reduce heat to 375°F, drain excess fat, coat with BBQ sauce, and bake until chicken is cooked.
Finish under the broiler to caramelize the sauce.

Serve hot… try not to eat them all yourself. 😅🔥

Tastier (and cheaper!) than store-bought granola bars — and YOU control the ingredients! 🙌

🛒 Ingredients

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups unsweetened applesauce

1 banana, mashed

6 packets Sweetleaf Stevia or 1½ tsp stevia powder or ½ cup honey

5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

¼ cup flaxseed meal

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

3 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

2¾ cups milk

Optional: raisins, walnuts, chocolate chips, fresh/frozen fruit

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, applesauce, banana, and stevia/honey.
3️⃣ Add oats, flax, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
4️⃣ Pour in milk and combine thoroughly.
5️⃣ Spray muffin tins (12-cup + 6-cup) or use liners.
6️⃣ Fill each cup evenly with the mixture.
7️⃣ Add toppings on top — or drop fresh/frozen fruit right into the batter.
8️⃣ Bake 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
9️⃣ Cool, enjoy, or freeze in gallon bags for busy mornings!

👨‍🍳 Serves: 6

Cook Time: 25–30 min
Total Time: 45 min

🛒 Ingredients
Pork

1 1/5 lb lean pork tenderloin

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp brown sugar

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Veggies

3 carrots, peeled & chopped

3–4 parsnips, peeled & chopped

1 lb baby potatoes, quartered

1 sweet potato, peeled & chopped

1 cup butternut squash, chopped

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

8 sage leaves, roughly chopped

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Glaze

2 tbsp butter

¼ cup maple syrup

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a large casserole dish with nonstick spray.
2️⃣ Place pork tenderloin in the center of the dish and rub with olive oil.
3️⃣ In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt & pepper.
4️⃣ Rub seasoning mix all over the pork.
5️⃣ Add all chopped veggies around the pork.
6️⃣ In the same bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, sage, salt & pepper.
7️⃣ Pour over veggies and toss to coat evenly.
8️⃣ Place dish in the oven.
9️⃣ Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan. Whisk in maple syrup and balsamic vinegar to create the glaze.
🔟 After 15 minutes, flip the pork, toss veggies, and baste everything with the glaze.
1️⃣1️⃣ Return to the oven for 5–10 more minutes or until pork reaches 140°F internal temp.
1️⃣2️⃣ Remove, baste again, slice, and serve with extra glaze.

🛒 Ingredients

1 whole chicken or 3 large boneless chicken breasts

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 cup of frozen mixed veggies

1 ½ cans chicken broth (use soup can for measuring; you can also use the water from boiling the chicken)

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 frozen 9” pie crusts, thawed & cut into 1” strips

2 tbsp butter

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Place chicken in a pot, cover with water, boil until fully cooked.
Remove, cool, and chop. Save the cooking liquid!

2️⃣ Mix the Filling
In a bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, broth, salt, and pepper.
Add chopped chicken, veggies and mix well.

3️⃣ Layer & Bake (Part 1)
Spray a 9x9 baking dish.
Spread half the chicken mixture.
Lay pie crust strips over the top.
Dot with 1 tbsp butter.
Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.

4️⃣ Layer & Bake (Part 2)
Remove from oven. Add remaining chicken mixture.
Top with remaining pie crust strips.
Dot with the last 1 tbsp butter.
Bake an additional 25 minutes or until golden brown.

5️⃣ Serve
Let rest 5 minutes before scooping.

These burgers are smoky, juicy, sweet, salty… basically everything you want in a summer bite. 🍔😋

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 4 Burgers)

1 lb ground beef

3 slices Colby Jack cheese

1 egg

Panko breadcrumbs

Salt & pepper

4 pineapple rings

8 slices bacon

BBQ sauce

👨‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Make the Patty Mixture
Combine ground beef, egg, panko, salt, and pepper. Mix and form into 4 patties.

2️⃣ Wrap With Bacon & Pineapple
Lay 2 slices of bacon in an “X.”
Place the beef patty on top.
Add a pineapple ring.
Wrap the bacon ends over the top and secure with a toothpick.

3️⃣ Grill
Cook on the grill until the center reaches 125°F, then let rest.

4️⃣ Serve
Brush or drizzle with BBQ sauce.
Add cheese if desired.

You’ll Need:

12 oz donair meat (store-bought or leftover)

4 naan breads

Tzatziki sauce

1 tomato, diced

½ purple onion, thinly sliced

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Prep the Veggies
Slice the purple onion nice and thin.
Dice your tomato into small chunks.

2️⃣ Heat the Donair Meat
Sauté the donair meat in a skillet over medium heat until warm and slightly crisp on the edges.

3️⃣ Warm the Naan
Heat naan in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes or warm in a skillet until soft and pliable.

4️⃣ Build Your Donair

Lay out your warm naan.

Spread a generous tablespoon (or more!) of tzatziki over the surface.

Add a few strips of donair meat.

Top with onions and tomatoes.

Drizzle a little more tzatziki on top.

5️⃣ Wrap & Enjoy

🍳 Cook Time: 15 mins
🍽 Servings: 4
🛒 Ingredients:

• 2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup cornstarch
• ¼ cup vegetable oil (plus more as needed)
• ¾ cup hoisin sauce
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• ½ tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper (adjust to taste)
• Sliced green onions (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Coat the Chicken
Whisk the egg in a bowl. Dip chicken pieces into the egg, then coat generously in cornstarch.

2️⃣ Fry
Heat oil in a large skillet/wok over medium-high. Fry chicken in batches 3–4 minutes per side until golden & crispy. Set aside.
