Hello everyone.
Finally we can see some signs from this so precious Spring! πΈπΉπ·
We all waited so long to go outside, enjoy the warm days βοΈ and warmer evenings.
I thought, what a perfect timing to be ready to practice Walking Meditation πΆπΆββοΈπΆββοΈ
Tonight 5:45pm, at the Slave Lake Inn, at the Ridge Tap House Door, come and join us.
The practice will be inside so bring comfortable shoes if
you want.
I will guide you through the steps to enjoy meditation while walking and getting the benefits from it.
Walking Meditation can be practiced anywhere, walking to work, walking your dog π, walking downtown a busy city, ποΈ walking in the forest π³ or on the ποΈ beach ποΈ wherever you are!
βWalking Meditation is a mindfulness practice that combines focused awareness with movement, typically by slowly walking, often in a straight line or in circle.
The benefits are :
**Reduced stress and better mental clarity.
**Increased mindfulness and focus.
**Improved digestion and circulation.
**Reduced feelings of anxiety and rumination.β
Tuesday session is now by donation if you prefer or $13. Nobody will be turned away.
Part of it go towards tithing to an organization.
