Children learn through play. I believe in letting children have the freedom to be independent and to feel comfortable making new discoveries. This allows them to grow and develop. My goal is for children to have a fun and fantastic day, where they learn through interactions with others and play. I’m Lindsay Woods (Boot) – the proud owner of Li’l Boots Daycare. I graduated with honours from the Ear

ly Childhood Education Program at Algonquin College in 1998, and have been working with children ever since. I’ve have been employed at various centres, as well as worked as a nanny for a private home for one year. I’ve had experience with all ages of children from infants to school-age. I have current first aid and C.P.R training, as well as a police records check. I love working with children, and it is a privilege and an honour for families to trust me with these amazing little people that they value more than anything else in life. I want each child to look forward to coming to my home, and for them to be happy and full of stories to tell mom and dad at the end of each day. It is my goal to create an environment and relationship where we, family and caregiver, work together to continuously achieve the best early life experience for your child.

L’il Boots Daycare has a part-time space (3 days per week - closed on Mondays) available in March. My hours are 7:30-4:30 and rates are $45 per day. Please send a message if you’re interested 🙂
