So I have pretty much the whole collection of Essante essential oils. I have used a number of them in my diffuser which is great.
I have however found some simple recipes for very helpful things.
Check out this one!

Headache Relief

1/4 cup of coconut oil
20 drops - Peppermint Oil
12 Drops - lavender oil
10 drops - Frankincense oil

I use organic coconut oil.
I warmed it up a little so it was liquid, added in the essential oils as listed and then let it set.
I have it in an airtight container

This is my go-to when I feel a headache starting to show up!
I did not create the recipe - I found it, tried it and thought worth of sharing!
