Yesterday we lost a beautiful mama. This was the second time I was in a distant land as a loved one gained their wings and their energy was felt at the same time in my conscious mind (unknown at that time they were leaving but also known.. if that makes sense?) Such a huge reminder that the body only contains the light until it’s let go and released without form. If we listen we have the knowing power within us all. I felt the presence of my sweet friend and thought.. I wonder if she just departed. And she had.. It feels heavy.. a mother and sweetest soul anyone could ever witness. There are no words to express the heartache her children and family are feeling. But witnessing the rainbow circle over the sky’s of the jungle certainly reminded me of the light we all carry and return to. We are “hue”man’s. Cartiers of light. While there is pain.. there is beauty. to the ultimate light. We will miss you beautiful soul. 🫶🏽🌺🫶🏽

Nourish into Presence-

Nourish into presence, body, mind and soul!
Join us for a unique experience as we nurture the shifting season with Cacao, Qi-Gong, Acupuncture, Breathwork and a seasonal 3 course nourishing gluten free/ vegan meal by Sooke’s very own Nature Chef, Tom Kral.

Fall equinox signals the changing of the seasons as we move from the Earth into the Metal element. It’s a time to enjoy the summer harvest and prepare to nestle in for the cooler months ahead. During this shift we are called to harness inner stability and let go of all that no longer serves us. By digesting all that we have been through and what we are moving towards.

Let’s fill our hearts, souls, and bellies with love, gratitude and deep nourishment as we collectively shift more deeply into ourselves.

Our evening will include:
3 course vegan/gf meal by Nature Chef Tom Kral
Ceremonial Cacao
1hr of Conscious Connected Breathing with craniosacral & reiki
Optional Acupuncture
Local organic Flower Essences
Qi gong for Fall
Sound healing
Access to the playlist (intentionally made for each ceremony)
