Well friends, it's been a minute since I was last active on this page. A lot has happened since then. I have been practicing as a registered clinical counsellor for the past little while and wanted to say hello and let you know what I am up to. Why would children need counselling anyway? In this video I briefly discuss why children may need to speak to someone outside of their parents about stress and anxiety in their lives. We can make the mistake of thinking children have it good. We may forget about the stressful events of our own childhood.
