If you know Jian, you know he has the taken a deep dive into everything knee related in his career. When not on the slopes with the Canadian Snowboard Team we get his expertise in Squamish!

Our ACL support group is a monthly meeting focused on education, empowerment and support for those who have had an ACL injury. This is an inclusive group is open to anyone along the rehab journey from new injury, to returning to sport. Look forward to seeing you there!

Our next ACL support group night is coming up on Sunday, November 16th at 6pm. Our very own kinesiologist Manny Cabrera will be speaking about towing the line between rehab and performance. Register link in bio to reserve your spot

The ACL support group welcomes anyone who has had an ACL injury, at any point in their recovery journey- from injury onset to return to sport. This is a monthly meeting to educate, empower, and support people as they navigate their injury management.

Great to have the Vancouver Ski Team in for their yearly baseline testing in the studio recently!

The day included a mix of concussion baseline tests, movement assessments and force plate testing. This combo helps create a solid baseline if injury does occur and to provide exercises to help provide balance for any current limitations. We also have continuous information to track athletic changes over the years with the team’s consistency to show up each year.

Another round of Alpine classes complete!
Alpine Strength classes have been a pillar of our Fall Line community and we love the energy they bring to the studio.

All of our classes run 6 weeks long, 2x per week and with the same group of a max of 6 people.
~
This model allows for safe and effective progression with feedback in a small group setting. The class ultimately provides an awesome community of people pushing each other and getting to know each other.
~
Thank you to all that have shown up over the past 2.5 years of group classes!
~
