Another round of Alpine classes complete!
Alpine Strength classes have been a pillar of our Fall Line community and we love the energy they bring to the studio.
~
All of our classes run 6 weeks long, 2x per week and with the same group of a max of 6 people.
~
This model allows for safe and effective progression with feedback in a small group setting. The class ultimately provides an awesome community of people pushing each other and getting to know each other.
~
Thank you to all that have shown up over the past 2.5 years of group classes!
~
Our last round of Alpine Strength before a summer break runs May 6th - June 10. Reach out if you have interest. Limited spots remain.

Golf season is that you?

As we enter Spring, a tune up in strength and mobility will help keep you healthy through golf season. As a one-sided sport, it is very important to establish strength and balance before adding in power with the swing.
~
Fall Line has been lucky to collaborate with golf pro and establish a good connection between practice in the Cabin on technique and practice in the gym on strength and mobility.
~
We are currently offering a 4 pack ($90/session) and 8 pack ($85/session) of personal training sessions (billable under kinesiology) to get you feeling strong as Summer approaches.
~
If you need some swing updates, in Whistler is a great source for support and to get you ready for the season ahead.

A strength program designed to help you feel your best on the bike this season. A progressive 6 week program designed with bike therapist recommendations. Whether you are looking to ride stronger with friends or build strength for performance on race day, we have you covered!

The program is a 6 week (2x strength, 1x mobility per week) progressive strength program. Gym equipment is needed and you can start anytime.
~
The program is delivered via an app called TeamBuildr with videos and clear instructions and ability to track your progress.

By popular demand, we are offering a drop in hour at Fall Line. A daily program is available to follow if you like, otherwise, pop your headphones on and enjoy a quiet space for a lunch workout. Maximum of 6 people.

Kinesiologist always on the floor for any questions or form correction if wanted. A great time to get a general workout in or work on rehab exercises from your physio.
