ServiceMaster Clean & Restore Sea to Sky is hiring Restoration & Cleaning Technicians.

What You Will Do
· Provide up to date communication and photos to Manager
· Determine category of water loss
· Extract water using truck mount and portable pumps
· Assist determination of non-restorable building components
· Assist with demolition of non-restorable material
· Set up drying equipment as per established procedures
· Monitor drying process and adjust equipment as required
· Work within on On-Call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What You Have
· Water Restoration Technician Certification (asset)
· Clean Criminal Record Check
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
· Experience driving/parking a panel van
· Ability to lift industrial fans 30-40 lbs
· Ability to lift and load industrial dehumidifiers 75-100 lbs
· Knowledge of construction and basic building materials
· Safely use power tools and hand tools
· Experience in custodial work or carpet cleaning (asset)
· Ability to communicate effectively in English
· Ability to work alone or with minimal supervision
· Ability to empathize with clients/customers during loss
