For more than 3 years now I’ve offered Mindfulness practices online.
Like my asana practice and teaching that started with stringent training that evolved outside of the ‘institutional’ schools, these sessions are rooted in tradition woven into what I’ve found useful living a messy human life.
I’m not perfect.
I’m human.
These practices help me to do better at being human.
They can help you too.
It’s that simple.
This isn’t another thing to add to the list of things you’re supposed to do.
This is a practice where you build a tool box that’s with you and accessible at all times.
