To our valued clients,

when booking any appointments, please keep in mind our cancellation and no-show policy. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel OR reschedule appointments. We understand that some circumstances are extraordinary and cannot be planned, and we are always empathetic in those cases, but with already 16 no-call, no-show appointments so far this month and over 50 last minute cancellations/ last minute reschedules, our daily schedule and livelihood is very heavily negatively impacted and no business can operate under those circumstances. So, we ask that you all keep our policies in mind when booking appointments.
