Today marks one full year of business for Better Health: Massage Therapy.

On July 29, 2023, I left my job in St. John's. On August 4, my wife and I got married. On August 16, we bought our first home in King's Point, and on August 18, we moved.

Not many people quit their job, get married, buy a house, and move across the island all within three weeks. We took a significant risk and did everything backwards from the norm, to put it lightly.

I was incredibly proud of my wife for securing a permanent teaching position in King's Point. While I was excited about all the changes, I was also quite worried because of how quickly everything was happening. The sudden changes, the lack of job security from going independent, and concerns about income weighed heavily on my mind. Despite my worries, I tried to remain optimistic, reminding myself that it would all work out. Regardless of the outcome, I could be proud of myself as long as I did my best and tried my hardest.

I am very thankful to say that the Town of King's Point and the surrounding areas have welcomed me with open arms. I never expected to be as busy as I have been in my first year of being fully independent. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and my business over the past 12 months. I've had the privilege of meeting some amazing people this year, and I am truly happy to call King's Point my home.

I genuinely love what I do, and I will continue to help people for as long as I physically can. 💜

Just a quick update:

I'm fully booked until July 9th, and bookings are filling up beyond that date.

Consistency in treatment plans is crucial, so I kindly ask you to pre-book appointments online to ensure reliability. Pre-booking guarantees your preferred treatment times, as my schedule may continue to get busier.

While I strive to assist everyone to the best of my ability, please understand I'm only one person. I prioritize emergency situations, but maintaining my schedule is essential for effective assistance.

Feel free to join the cancellation list if needed.

Hey Folks!

I want to say thank you for the support since I opened my clinic space on Oct 2nd, 2023. Things have picked up a lot faster than I expected and I couldn't be happier. This has been a dream of mine for many years now, and the fact I get to do what I do every day is truly a blessing.

I promise to continue helping this community however I can!

With that being said, my appointment schedule is fully booked until the first week of January. This is a good problem for me, but makes it hard to get appointments on short notice.
