🚨 IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE 🚨
If your Physician is requesting laboratory testing (blood work, urine testing, etc.), please ensure you receive a paper copy of your requisition before leaving your appointment.
At Be Positive Blood Collection, we currently do not have access to the CorCare system and MUST have your requisition provided to us by one of the following methods:
• Paper copy
• Email
• Fax
All practitioners using CorCare have the ability to print your requisition either:
✔ Before finalizing the order in CorCare
✔ Or through the patient After Visit Summary
You do not need to have your blood work completed at a NLHS collection site simply because NLHS is using CorCare.
Our clinics remain fully operational and continue to provide service without the long wait times currently being experienced within parts of the health care system.
