NL Health Services is offering a mindfulness-based class for individuals living with chronic pain.

This program is designed for those interested in learning and practicing mindfulness skills to better manage pain.

Group sessions take place every Wednesday, beginning February 5.

NL Health Services is pleased to offer a mental health skills and recovery virtual group for individuals 18 years of age and older who want to improve their mood and coping skills.

Led by trained mental health clinicians, this group will provide valuable tools and knowledge to help you on your recovery journey.

Ten weekly virtual sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning January 28.
