Ray is officially switching to vacation mode from Dec. 23 to Jan. 4, trading emails for turkey dinner and deadlines for holiday romcom binges. 🎉

We wrapped up the Ray Week last night in full-on country fashion. Boots, hats, and a whole lotta yeehaw energy. 🤠

As Ray continues to grow beyond NL, having people from three different time zones in one room felt like a win all on its own. Throw in museum trips, PD sessions, incredible food, some line dancing (yep, really), and a country-western Christmas bash to send us off in style… and you’ve got a whole rodeo. 🎉

We’ve had boots on the ground in Nova Scotia for the past four years, and now we’re pumped to kick things up a notch. We’re excited to announce Ray’s acquisition of MediaBonnet, a stellar independent media planning, buying, and strategy agency based in Halifax. 🎉

This move is all about beefing up our in-house media department and giving both our and MediaBonnet’s clients the full package - creative, strategy, production, planning, and media, all under one roof. We’re super stoked to welcome MediaBonnet’s amazing team and clients to Ray. 🙌

It takes grit and guts to grow your agency from a kitchen table to one of Atlantic Canada’s most recognized creative shops. Jenny Smith did it… and earned one of the province's highest accolades for it. 🏆🥳

Big congrats to Jenny on winning Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs (NLOWE) 2025 Entrepreneurial Excellence Award, recognizing outstanding vision, leadership, and impact. It’s a celebration of the extraordinary mark she’s made on the province for decades, driving growth, creating jobs, and contributing to the economy. 🙌

We’re so proud of the agency she built, the work she’s inspired, and the space she’s created for all of us to show up as our real selves. Swear words and all. 😆

Last night, the ICE Awards were a total blast! 🎉
We had an amazing time celebrating the best of Atlantic Canada’s creative work and are so proud to be part of this incredible community. We also took home some hardware for our packaging design, logo identity, and reactive campaigns. Big cheers to all the winners and clients. Today we’re raising a (virtual) toast to Robin Cook, our brilliant Media Director, who’s been rocking the Ray world for two whole years. 🥳

She’s an award-winning media powerhouse who’s executed global campaigns and handled seven-figure budgets like it’s no big deal. From planning and buying to post-campaign reporting, Robin’s got big-league media chops. She’s also a published author, business advisor, proud mom of two, and somehow still manages to keep her inbox under control. (We suspect time travel.) 😁

We’ve been busy growing the Ray team, and it’s high time we made some introductions.

⭐️ Karen’s the newest addition to our Halifax team. With decades of advertising experience across telecommunications, CPG, tourism, finance, and more, she’s a true pro in account management, creative solutions, and strategy. Add a heart of gold, and you’ve got an Account Director we’re thrilled to have on board.

⭐️ Sam’s a new face at Ray, but she’s already managing several social accounts as our rockstar Account Manager and Social Media Lead. An expert in CRM, digital media, and analytics, she’s a total blast to have on the team.

⭐️ Ryan joined us to cover a mat leave, but we just couldn’t let him go. We’re excited to bring him on full-time as our Junior Graphic Designer for his killer chops and great vibes.

Big love to this amazing team. We’re so lucky to have y’all. 🙌
