Jenny has worked across multiple industries, managed big teams and budgets, and developed killer business strategies. She also makes client management look effortless. And of course, her dog, Betty, deserves an honorary mention too. Betty’s a star, an unofficial Ray part-timer, and a full-time heart-stealer. 🐾💙

Happy 6th anniversary to Tracy Russell, our Chief Client Officer. 🙌

From leading powerhouse campaigns to fostering client relationships, Tracy’s been keeping things sharp, creative, and very Ray since day one.

She’s got two decades of marketing magic under her belt, a trophy shelf stacked with CMA, MIA and MarComm wins, and somehow still finds time to be a full-time hockey mom, trailer camper, and wrangle a goofy dog. We’re convinced she has extra hours in her day. 😆

We’re all about supporting local businesses here in Halifax (our sister city, of sorts). So our Account Director, Josh, took the very seriously, alongside our awesome clients Credit Unions and East Coast Credit Union. He doubled down on local goodness, grabbing a coffee and lunch from The Nook HFX, a standout social enterprise led by the legendary Mark Brand and his amazing team, who receive direct financial backing from East Coast Credit Union.

Supporting local and leaving full? That’s a win-win in our books. 🙌

12 years ago, Jenny started Ray from her kitchen table. Since then, we’ve added a new office space, lots of brilliant humans, dogs (and dog fur), and an expertly curated selection of snacks. Though we’re still struggling to find the right thermostat setting. We’ve launched big brands, campaigns, a few careers, and picked up some hardware along the way. All the while keeping our promise to make ads that make people feel something. And create a culture that lets everyone be their best selves. 💪✨ Thank you to our amazing clients, partners, friends, and families for 12 wildly creative years.Here’s to many more! 🎉🥂
