Medication Therapy Services Clinic The MTS Clinic is a 'pharmacist clinic' which offers one-on-one appointment-based patient consultations with pharmacists in a private clinic environment.

Whether helping patients understand and use their medications safely, working collaboratively with other health care professionals or interpreting the latest clinical evidence for patient benefit - our pharmacist clinicians are experts at providing the best possible care for patients. Ensuring that our patients' receive the best care possible to help them achieve their best health outcomes is our primary focus. We provide:
- Comprehensive medication therapy assessments
- Chronic disease management supports (Diabetes, Hypertension, Smoking Cessation, Pain, etc.)
- Medication adherence supports and education
- Options to simplify complex medication regimens
- Side effect and drug interaction management

Patients who can benefit from the MTS Clinic include those who:
- Have multiple or challenging chronic medical conditions
- Have a new diagnosis
- Are taking multiple medications or have a complex medication regimen
- Have recently been hospitalized
- Are experiencing a potential side effect or drug interaction
- Have issues taking their medications as prescribed
- Need help tapering or changing a medication
- Can benefit from education about their medications

Did you calculate it correctly ?
If a patient is using this v**e and replaces it every 10 days the equivalent amount of ni****ne (average each day) is 2 packs per day or 40 ci******es!

Here’s some tips: disposable v**es have concentrations of 20 mg/ml and most of them have 20 ml tanks - so 400 mg of ni****ne total - or 400 ci******es!

You can always look up the brand to make sure, as we have done, but the caps themselves are often not labelled - I understand the exterior packaging is but not the v**e itself!
