My training and bodywork practices include: Talk and Craniosacral Therapy, and Energy Healing including Reiki & Rahanni & Unity Field Healing.

As the only registered Social Worker in NL who is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I specialize in alternate and complementary therapies for trauma, and shock, including the innovative, scientifically proven Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). 🧠 I am a Clinical Therapist and Naturopath who combines the use of alternative and complimentary therapies and treatments to facilitate mind-body-spirit integration that enhances your ability to heal. Sessions can aid in the treatment, reduction and healing of a variety of conditions and symptoms including stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, deep grief and trauma as well as the metaphysical causes of physical illnesses, and chronic pain. I work intuitively and compassionately with you, to gently assist you in recognizing and eliminating fear, negativity, limiting mindsets, and unconscious patterns of self-defeating behaviors to expose all that which does not serve you and guide you into a life of peace, joy and happiness. My work centers on moving people away from 'thinking' into a connection to their own inner knowing and truth, creating trust, clarity, certainty and empowered action, allowing you to create the life you deserve, taking you from where you are to where you want to be and to be who you really are. Those who are willing to step up, to take responsibility and be accountable will be able to embody their healing, know their truth, develop clarity, know certainty and build confidence, self esteem, clarity, be empowered and transform their lives. I have over 30 years experience in the areas of social work, corrections, violence prevention, mental health, addictions, research, policy and program development, consulting and evaluation. Additionally I have extensive community involvement and have received several distinguished awards. I have my own dreams; seek new challenges, and use personal growth to develop ever evolving standards of excellence. I am a gifted Intuitive Empath. I have a Master’s degree in Social Worker and am a Naturopath who combines the use of alternate and complimentary therapies and treatments to facilitate mind-body-spirit integration that enhance your ability to heal.
