With a new baby girl arriving this summer and motherhood just around the corner, this birthday feels extra meaningful, your last one before stepping into one of life’s most incredible journeys. So take it all in, celebrate fully, and enjoy every moment.
You are our cheerful, happy, McDonald’s-loving Alanna, with such a big heart, especially when it comes to your two beloved dogs. We’ve had the joy of watching you grow from a student, to running a clinic, to becoming a massage therapist, and now into this next chapter as a mother. We are so proud of you and so grateful to be part of your journey.

Ian, it is truly a pleasure to have you on our team. Your quiet, steady presence, cheeky smile, and kind, grounded nature bring such a calm and genuine energy to those around you. We admire how you’ve been following your passion for carpentry while continuing to be part of the team, and we are grateful for you.

This evening, our podiatrists volunteered their time to provide a foot care clinic at The Gathering Place for members of our community experiencing homelessness.

At East Coast Podiatry, we provide these community foot care clinics every three months and would love to bring along gently used footwear and new socks for those who need them when they go!

If you have any to spare, please consider dropping them off at our clinic anytime.

Clinic Highlight 🫶

Meet Dorcas Habila who brings an infectious energy and bright spirit to the TSL Physio team. Originally from Nigeria, Dorcas moved to St. John’s five years ago to pursue her education and quickly developed a passion for helping others move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best.

She holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and Recreation, inspired by her lifelong love of sports and movement. Growing up, Dorcas played basketball and rugby, experiences that shaped her resilience, discipline, and strong sense of teamwork—qualities she brings into her work with clients every day.

Known for her cheerful personality, positive mindset, and motivating presence, Dorcas creates an encouraging environment where clients feel supported and empowered throughout their recovery and training journeys.

Beyond the clinic, Dorcas is also an entrepreneur and innovator. She is the founder and creator of the fitness app FyyndFit, a platform designed to help people train smarter, move with purpose, and build sustainable strength.

Outside of work, Dorcas enjoys running, cooking, watching movies, and spending time at the gym. She plans to continue advancing her career through further studies in Athletic Therapy or Physiotherapy, allowing her to deepen her impact in helping people live healthier, stronger lives.

Dorcas’ enthusiasm, compassion, and entrepreneurial spirit make her a strong asset to the TSL Physio team, and we are incredibly proud to have her as part of our clinic family.
