Thrilled to share that Erica Robbins is returning to our community this October, with a Postnatal offering for new parents! 😍
Erica is not only an exceptional yoga teacher, but also a doula and mother of 3- making her the perfect guide to help you find some calm in the beautiful chaos of the fourth trimester and beyond.
Get to know your postpartum body and connect with your breath in a baby-friendly class with other new parents! You will move, breathe, and practice self-care while keeping your baby close.
This class is beginner friendly and options will be given for all body types and fitness levels. You’ll focus on breathing and functional movement for the core and pelvic floor, and prepare your body to safely return to other yoga classes/movement practices.
You can feed, change, and attend to your baby throughout class as needed- Erica is also a postpartum doula and is happy to help! While this may not be the quietest class, it’ll definitely be the cutest.
The 4 week session begins on October 2, and space is limited. Registration is open now! ☺️
