This slow-paced, meditative flow class is designed to help you unwind and release tension midweek. 🌿

You’ll begin with grounding and breathwork, to calm the mind and integrate the body’s energy. From there you can expect gentle, fluid movement for the spine, hips and shoulders, before ending with a restorative supine phase to reset your nervous system

Jenna’s intention is to create a healing, soulful experience that will leave you feeling centered, relaxed, and connected to your own energy.

Props like bolsters, blankets, sound bowls and eye pillows (or similar) may be used. (All levels)

Wade teaches yoga the way he strives to live: steady, simple, true.

He began practicing in the mid‑2000s and became a familiar face at Nova Yoga where he practiced almost daily for more than a decade. In 2018 he completed his 200‑hour Hatha Yoga certification with Shakti Yoga, followed by specialized training in Yoga Nidra. After a two‑year hiatus to focus on his own practice, Wade returned with a clear intention: to share what yoga has given him—recovery, reconnection, and peace.

A published poet and dedicated cyclist, he sees yoga, writing, and riding as disciplines of the breath. His classes are quiet, grounded, and welcoming to anyone who needs rest, clarity, or simply an hour to press pause.

This class will begin with some gentle stretching and breathwork, to bring awareness to the body before cozying down for an ultra supported rest. Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep”, is a guided meditation that induces a state between waking and sleeping- offering deep relaxation for the body and mind. It can also help to reduce stress and anxiety, release physical tension, improve sleep quality and boost your mood!

A new year always feels like a blank page… a fresh chapter in your story. 📖

Often folks will head into January with a list of resolutions- but we invite you to instead consider your intention for 2026.

Resolutions are rigid and usually ‘what’ based goals, which can lead to feelings of failure when the ‘rules’ are broken. Intention, on the other hand, focuses more on the ‘why’ or ‘how’- guiding principles that align with your values and allow more space for flexibility.

For example, a resolution might sound like “I’m going to exercise for 1 hour 3x a week”; where an intention might be “I will honour my body with movement this year.”

The difference may seem subtle, but the language allows more room for mindfulness and self-compassion.
How you talk to yourself matters. ❤️

Join Meghan next Sunday, December 21 for
Reflect & Release: A Winter Solstice Workshop.

This session is designed to nourish and lighten you- body, mind & heart. We welcome in the year’s darkest night with quiet contemplation, gentle movement, and deep rest.

Reflect:
During the first portion of this class we will do some light journaling, meditation + breath work, and a soft flow to warm you.

Release:
Lights go low for Yin by candlelight, a short Yoga Nidra guided meditation, and an extra sweet savasana.

This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
Please bring along a notebook, and a mug if you’d like to enjoy a cup of tea!

OM Chanting is a sound healing practice, that serves the greater good of everyone by connecting us to the universe and the self; promoting peace and a state of deep relaxation. When we do OM chanting, we are helping participants tune into a higher frequency, which lifts their own in the process, awakening the potential for self-healing. 🌙
