Our friends at are on a mission to feed our neighbours — and this month, you can help right from the studio. ✨

Bridges to Hope provides low-barrier emergency food assistance to anyone experiencing food insecurity in the St. John’s-Metro region, including folks right here in our neighbourhood. Their food bank saw 17,910 total visits and served 5,541 unique individuals in 2025.

Their new “tap to donate” device makes it super easy to donate $5 and support their mission. If you’re in the studio this month, a quick tap goes a long way! 🍎

Join Meghan & Erica for 90 minutes of deep rest, ease, and connection. Yin Yoga works by gently targeting the deeper layers of the body — the connective tissues, fascia, and joints — through long-held, supported poses that invite a release most movement-based practices rarely reach. Over time, this kind of stillness can improve flexibility, ease chronic tension, calm the nervous system, and create a profound sense of inner quiet.

In this special collaborative workshop, you’ll be guided into each shape with care — while gentle, intentional hands-on assists from both teachers help you soften even more fully, and feel truly supported along the way.

All props are provided, and this practice is warmly welcomed to all levels. Whether you’re brand new to Yin or returning to the mat after a long break, this is your invitation to slow down, be held, and simply be.

“I can’t do yoga — I’m not flexible enough.”

I hear this all the time. And I get it. But here’s the thing: that’s like saying you can’t wash your hair because it’s too dirty. 😄

Flexibility isn’t something you inherently have.
It’s something you practice.

Yoga teaches your body — and your mind — to bend without breaking. And as we age, that ability to adapt matters more than almost anything else.

The willow doesn’t survive the storm by being rigid.
It survives by knowing when to yield. 🌿

So if you’ve ever thought “I could never do yoga” — that thought is exactly where the practice starts!

Throughout May, we’re offering a community class on Wednesday at 5:30pm. No commitments, no expectations, just an invitation to try something new and see how it feels. 🙏🏼

All levels welcome. Come as you are. Pay what you can.
