Join Meghan & Erica for 90 minutes of deep rest, ease, and connection. Yin Yoga works by gently targeting the deeper layers of the body — the connective tissues, fascia, and joints — through long-held, supported poses that invite a release most movement-based practices rarely reach. Over time, this kind of stillness can improve flexibility, ease chronic tension, calm the nervous system, and create a profound sense of inner quiet.
In this special collaborative workshop, you’ll be guided into each shape with care — while gentle, intentional hands-on assists from both teachers help you soften even more fully, and feel truly supported along the way.
All props are provided, and this practice is warmly welcomed to all levels. Whether you’re brand new to Yin or returning to the mat after a long break, this is your invitation to slow down, be held, and simply be.
