A sensation-based practice, Yin invites smoother range of motion and energy flow by relaxing the muscles in order to access the body's deeper connective tissues. Restorative Yoga uses a cozy nest of support to progressively settle the nervous system into a state of deep rest. Embracing the principles of Yin and Restorative enables us to welcome more space and ease into our body, mind and heart.
