This Wellness Wednesday’s virtual session is designed to explore the mental health side of menopause. Together, we’ll discuss:

✔️ The emotional and psychological impacts of menopause.

✔️ Contributing factors that affect women’s mental health during this stage.

✔️ Management strategies to support wellness through the transition.

sessions are open, welcoming spaces to learn more about mental health and access helpful resources. We hope you’ll leave feeling more informed, supported, and empowered.
