Our 6-week Connected Parenting ™ Program, offered through Flourish at The Suites Health & Wellness in partnership with The Parenting Connection, provides individualized support to help parents better understand their child's needs, strengthen connection, and learn practical strategies for challenging moments at home.

Sessions are held virtually with a Registered Social Worker, with access to a clinical support team and Nurse Practitioner as needed.

A supportive space to learn, grow, and feel more confident in your parenting.

With over 15 years of experience, Ashley supports individuals of all ages and abilities in building meaningful life skills, strengthening independence, and working toward goals that truly matter. Her approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practice.

Ashley works with neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals navigating communication, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and complex behavioural challenges. She also provides behavioural consultation and parent coaching to help caregivers feel more confident, supported, and less alone.

Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD)
Ever feel like rejection hits extra hard?
A small comment, tone change, or unanswered text can feel overwhelming or deeply personal.

RSD is common with ADHD and can look like:
• intense reactions to criticism or rejection
• fear of disappointing others
• people-pleasing or avoidance
• lingering shame or overthinking
