Here’s exactly how I stock my pantry (behind-the-scenes of my “healthy living” system)

I’m not doing anything fancy. You won’t find a wall of powders or a perfectly colour-coded shelf.

I do take a few supplements—but what really keeps me grounded in my health is this:
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Balsamic vinegar
• Avocado oil for cooking
• Quinoa, beans, lentils
• Chia, flax, hemp & pumpkin seeds
• Nut butters
• A good stash of spices

These are the things I keep on hand always—not because it looks aesthetic, but because it works.

Having a stocked pantry means I can always throw something together that’s nourishing, simple, and actually doable on any given day.

And that’s what keeps me consistent.

Health doesn’t have to be complicated—it can be as simple as just having the right staples in reach.

Here’s exactly how I “prioritize my health” (without a green smoothie or gym in sight)

I’ve been getting messages lately about how to actually live this lifestyle when things are busy — so here’s a glimpse behind the scenes…

This weekend, I went apple picking with my kids. 🍎
It was joyful, grounding, hilarious… and deeply healing.

Because presence is health.
Breathing in fresh air is health.
Laughing with your kids until your face hurts is health.

Yes, I love teaching about nutrition and inflammation and hormones.
But what I teach is also about how to live.
Moments like this are medicine.
And they matter just as much as what’s on your plate.

I can’t tell you how many women I work with who are burned out from doing “all the right things” — working out, eating clean — but they’re disconnected from themselves, their families, their joy.

I believe real wellness brings you back to your life — not away from it.
Back to your energy.
Back to your clarity.
Back to your people.

So yeah, this wasn’t just a fun day out.
This was health in action.
This is what I want more of for the women I serve.

This might shock you… but my favourite business moves aren’t made alone.

As someone who helps women optimise their health solo, it might sound strange… but I crave collaboration — and I know the power of shared energy.

Last Friday, I joined a coworking day hosted by the amazing women behind — and WOW.

It wasn’t just laptops and lattes.
It was:

Yes, it sounds simple.

If you feel bloated, moody, wired-but-tired, or like your body’s working against you… it could be your fibre intake.

😣 Dealing with inflammation, mood swings, and stubborn weight

Here’s what you need to know:

💥 Fibre fuels your gut microbiome
Your gut isn’t just about digestion — it’s your body’s command centre. Fibre feeds the good bacteria that protect your immune system, reduce inflammation, and keep things moving (if you know what I mean).

💥 Fibre helps regulate hormones
Especially estrogen. When your body can’t eliminate excess hormones properly, it recirculates — which can lead to mood swings, weight gain, and period problems. Fibre binds and escorts them out.

💥 Fibre balances blood sugar (aka mood + energy)
Forget the crash-and-burn. Fibre slows down sugar absorption, helping you avoid energy dips, brain fog, and that 3pm “give me chocolate or I’ll scream” spiral.

✨ Small shifts = big changes. Most women aren’t even hitting half of the recommended daily fibre intake. But once we dial it in — everything starts working better.
