The concept of Sisterhood and the bonds between women was a difficult shift for me to make.

Because my perception was one that was instilled in me from childhood, one that reeked of s***s, sexual abuse and docile simpering women.

I fought hard against that.
I was also raised in the 80’s and 90’s when power suits, extreme ideals, sexiness and money were what fought the patriarchal power.

Burnout, self-sacrifice and worthlessness was my result.

Until I started to surround myself with strong, powerful and purposeful women. My true SoulSisters.

Sisters like Jennifer Remazki, Sheila Harmsworthand Sam Page Michelle Ainger Lindsay Gibson Clark who’ve held me up after many falls.

Then healing sisters like Jackie Thomas Krezanowski Jan Freethy Lori Bertoni Kim Lalonde Laura Cargill Slinn and Kelley Oswin who not only helped me heal myself but take my gifts to a new level.

And the empowering community of sisters who support me, push my into spotlights and stand up for what I believe in and can share with the world! Marisa Messer O'Brien Carleigh Grace Bushra Azhar Jennifer Kem Janie Ginocchio Crystal Adair-Benning Lucy GouveiaKatie Lackey Kelly Doyle and so many more!

The foundation on which I stand is built by my sisters… literally named SoulFire Sisters. 😍

I was unconsciously taught to hate that which I am made of, and which is my greatest power… my ability to create and hold a community of powerful sisters who lead with heart and soul.

✨How do you energetically clear your space, Ange?

I often get asked this by other energy, emotion or spiritual workers, as well as my transformational coach colleagues.

It’s never as simple as burning sage or lighting a few candles, is it?!?

Tomorrow I’ll do my annual house & property clearing for our home.

The annual ritual is a bit more complex than my monthly ritual… yes, I clear my house during every moon cycle too.

In my space… many people come and go, each leaving energetic imprints. Many have done alot of work on themselves, their souls and their energy over the last year.

I work with crossing over and crossed over souls. Each has the potentiality to leave behind their life trauma and pain.

And even though my clients walk out aligned .... my household holds the vibration of their released pain.

Houses hold energy. All kinds of vibrations but most importantly, they hold negative and dark energy, hurt, pain, anger. Sadness and death.
Arguments and disruption. Even the triggers of repressed trauma released with gunshots on tv or dreams!!

So while it is important to clear and clean yourself out every now and then ( I choose to do this each season) .... have you considered clearing the energy of your house? What about its past history? It's energetic pacts and sheilding?

Now… many of you know about using sage and crystals etc to clear, or vibration and other physical techniques.... but did you know about using the house's own Akashic Records to do distance deep clearings and protections?

That's a topic I'd love to share with you about!

It’s also how I can access the deepest layers of a house’s experience and energy.

🤔What if… YOUR PAIN was connected to YOUR PURPOSE?

What if your years of suffering, your wanting-to-save-others sacrifices, your last ounce of energy and your unrequited love... what if you gave it a purpose?

What if you decided to move towards something greater?

I know, I couldn't see my way to that Awakening at first. Especially when I was in it.

Maybe listening to my story and my outcome will help....

Picture this: 2014. me as a , 4 years out of school, which was 8 years of my life. Everything is going great so far, my practice is building, I have a great patient base, I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel signifying that I made it.

And then in 20 seconds, it all goes black.
I sustain a complex nerve injury to my dominant arm. Crushing the nerves, leaving me with a hanging arm and an intense amount of pain.

And the physical pain is far outweighed by the emotional, mental and spiritual.... I am CRUSHED by losing my career, ASHAMED that I have to go back to nothing and TERRIFIED of reaching out for help… because of the judgement and criticism I will face.

So I buried myself deep inside the couch…wearing a smile and saying "I'm ok" ... while on the inside its the darkest I’ve ever seen and I’m totally lost on what to do.
I had no idea how to get out...

When you’re looking for support in your darkest hour it can feel like your flailing around in a stormy sea alone. You’re not. I’m here.
You just gotta catch the life preserver and put it on before you can be helped in.

I’ve been where you are… and I couldn’t see the help being offered through my own pain.

✨So let me be blatantly clear: I’m here ready to to help you right now.

It has been 8 years since that darkness.
My arm is healed, it is strong, sensitive and pain-free.
It was an injury that was a miracle in its healing.
I am a chiropractor again, a healer of souls and I am SO MUCH MORE.

I took everything I knew, about science, healing, the body and I USED it. I gave my body the fuel to heal: Chiropractic, Osteopathic, Nutrition, Rehab, Movement.... LOVE.

I bowed my head and prayed. I invited in my higher self and my spirituality. I asked friends for help. I became willing to be a student again. To use my God-given talents in another way.... I ended up on a whole different path, one that feels even more like me.

So where did my PAIN taken me?
To my PURPOSE!!!

I am here to help others over come THEIR pain. Not just physically but mentally, spiritually, emotionally.... to bring them back to WHY they are here.

And by now, you are wondering... how did my arm heal?

Some might see it as a miracle. I believe that we all have an innate healing ability inside of us, and when we choose to honour and activate it, it will honour and activate our own healing.

Stop watching. Stop waiting. You deserve to feel whole and complete and come into your light too.
I'm right here to lead you through that dark 🙂 ❤

There is love hidden all over waiting for a chance to express itself.

Our 14-year-old dog Abbey died last month. The day after she passed away my 4-year-old daughter Meredith was crying and talking about how much she missed Abbey. She asked if we could write a letter to God so that when Abbey got to heaven, God would recognize her. I told her that I thought we could so, and she dictated these words:

Dear God, Will you please take care of my dog? She died yesterday and is with you in heaven. I miss her very much. I am happy that you let me have her as my dog even though she got sick.

I hope you will play with her. She likes to swim and play with balls. I am sending a picture of her so when you see her you will know that she is my dog. I really miss her.
Love, Meredith.

We put the letter in an envelope with a picture of Abbey and Meredith and addressed it to God/Heaven. We put our return address on it. Then Meredith pasted several stamps on the front of the envelope because she said it would take lots of stamps to get the letter all the way to heaven. That afternoon she dropped it into the letterbox at the post office. A few days later, she asked if God had gotten the letter yet. I told her that I thought He had.
Yesterday, there was a package wrapped in gold paper on our front porch addressed, 'To Meredith' in an unfamiliar hand. Meredith opened it. Inside was a book by Mr. Rogers called, 'When a Pet Dies.' Taped to the inside front cover was the letter we had written to God in its opened envelope. On the opposite page were the picture of Abbey & Meredith and this note:
Dear Meredith, Abbey arrived safely in heaven. Having the picture was a big help and I recognized her right away.

Abbey isn't sick anymore. Her spirit is here with me just like it stays in your heart. Abbey loved being your dog. Since we don't need our bodies in heaven, I don't have any pockets to keep your picture in so I am sending it back to you in this little book for you to keep and have something to remember Abbey by.
Thank you for the beautiful letter and thank you."
