It really does feel like the pressure is rising in the world these days, does it not? Perhaps you are feeling more stressed, less able to relax and focus of what is in front of you.
Silent meditation is one way that you can try to calm the mind and be present. More mindful.
The STELLARTON MEDITATION GROUP meets every monday evening at 6.45 for a 45 minute silent meditation.
We sit in the stellarton community centre located in ALLAN park.

The Stellarton Meditation Group meets every monday at 6.45 for a 45 minute silent meditation.
Silent meditation is exactly that. We sit for 45 minutes, concentrating on the breath, or your thoughts, or taking a check in on your body. However you may meditate you are welcome to practice with us.
If you are new to meditation come at 6.30, and we can have a short introduction to the practices, and what to (maybe) expect as you sit with your own thoughts for 45 minutes.
It is truly a worldwide practice used by millions.
We meet at the community centre in Allan park, Stellarton
