In the world of foot care, I'm always learning — and recently I completed certification in the Onyfix nail correction system. After exploring a few different approaches, I’ve decided Onyfix is the best fit for my practice moving forward.

👣 What exactly is an ingrown toenail?
It’s when the edge of your nail grows into the surrounding skin, causing pain, swelling, and sometimes even infection.

Common causes:

✔️ Tight shoes or socks
✔️ Trauma (like stubbing your toe)
