Thursdays @ 6:00AM

A new challenge to traditional yoga with a little more sculpt! We add the helix yoga hand weights option with a combination of different styles of yoga, Pilates, and athletic moves to — sculpt, tone, strengthen, and stabilize. You will gain stamina, mobility, and a strong core. Relaxing stretch and finish to ground you and carpe diem!
