My Workout Buddy "Because your life doesn't get better with chance, it gets better with change." I am a certified Personal Training Specialist through Canfitpro.

My Workout Buddy offers in-home personal training services for anyone looking to improve their current fitness level and overall health. Training sessions are one hour in length and each client will receive a personal fitness assessment and an individualized fitness program tailored to their specific fitness needs and goals. All necessary fitness equipment will be provided for the scheduled sessions.
