Through positive affirmations, journalling and group discussion, gracie's gals creates a safe space for gals to be the best, most true version of themselves. From powerful circuits, to yoga, to dance parties - sweaty pursuits and lofty goals keep the gals on their toes! gracie's gals creates incredible friendships and strong leadership skills while building confidence, happiness and wellness from the inside ⇢ out. Every gal moves at her own pace - all fitness levels welcome!
