For most healthy people, high-dose vitamin infusions aren’t needed. The effects are short-lived, often expensive, and not backed by strong evidence for long-term results. In some cases, they can even do more harm than good — things like vein irritation, electrolyte imbalances, or kidney strain.
Our bodies are pretty incredible at absorbing nutrients through food — not an IV bag. 🥗
