Last night, we gathered to honor both grief and the closing of a truly special community space at .elements

The first time I walked into that space three years ago, I felt the magic instantly. I’ve come to realize just how rare it is to find a place that holds you like that.

What a profound gift it was to hold Katherine in her grief, having walked a similar path just ten months ago. There’s something sacred about standing on the other side of the “why” and the “how,” and being able to offer that comfort and hope.

Lately, I’ve been in awe of the quiet orchestration of divine intervention and last night was a perfect example.

Thank you to Kylie Judge of for continuing to invite me back to this medicine again and again. 🙏🏻

And thank you Katherine for being our “community’s center” 😘

Ritual

Do you have one?

As mother to five children my ritual is what keeps me from forgetting the magic and mystery not only in the mundane, but the overwhelming too.

It was impossible to forget when I had my studio as a daily reminder. For a long time I felt like I’d never get it back without some place I could escape to again.

But it’s a wonder what a few candles, a crystal grid, and my epic Delta & Sound Spotify playlist can do to snap me back to what’s true.

Something really special happened here last night.
A beautiful circle of humans came together for a powerful community ritual with Caroline Pinheiro.

This space has always held a place in my heart, and last night reminded me exactly why.
