✨Spirit Sunday✨

Each and everyone of us is connected to the Divine Light of Spirit....when we go within and listen to our hearts desires we answer The Call of Light....we answer the call of Spirit, our higher selves, our soul 💫

In answering this call we move into alignment with our souls calling and can move through life expressing our true selves, sharing our own unique expression of this light, and vibrating at the frequency of love❤️

We start to feel the interconnectedness of all that exists, we see the inherent value and the Light in everything......the water, the air, the trees, the animals, each other....it is an internal transformation that then transforms everything in our external world 🌎

When we operate in the Light there is no dark...when we operate in Love there can be no Fear.....each and every day we have the choice to answer The Call of Light and BLOOM 🌷

✨ Honouring Our Loved Ones in Spirit— Creating a Sacred Altar ✨

As the veil softens and our loved ones in Spirit draw near, this is a beautiful time to create an altar or small sacred space to honour them. 🌹

It doesn’t have to be elaborate — a candle, a photo, a favourite flower, or something that reminds you of them. Each item carries energy and intention, inviting their spirit close in love and remembrance.

When you create this space, speak to them. Tell them they are still part of your life — because they are. 💫

Our loved ones love being included — they still want to help, guide, and celebrate with us.

If your grandmother was an amazing cook, ask her to help you find the perfect recipe.
If your dad loved music, ask him to send you a song for validation that he’s near.
If a friend was a source of laughter, invite them to bring you a moment of joy when you need it most.

The bond doesn’t end… it simply changes form.
They walk beside us in ways unseen, whispering through memory, signs, and synchronicities. 💖

Take a quiet moment this week to light a candle and open your heart. 🕯️

🕊️ They are listening.
🕊️ They are near.
🕊️ And they still love being part of your world.

✨ Why the Veil Is Thinning ✨

This time of year holds a sacred energy. As we move into late October and early November, the days grow shorter and the nights stretch long, the Earth turns inward, and so do we as we enter a season of stillness and reflection 🌙

This energetic shift mirrors the cycles of life, death, and rebirth, creating a natural alignment between our world and the Spirit world.

Many ancient traditions, from Samhain to Día de los Mu***os, speak of this season as the moment when the veil between worlds grows thin — when the boundary between the seen and unseen softens. 🕯️🌺

It’s during this time that we may feel the presence of our loved ones in Spirit more clearly — through dreams, gentle signs, or that sudden warmth that fills the heart. 💫

The veil doesn’t vanish… it simply softens, allowing love, memory, and guidance to move between realms more freely.

“How Do I Connect to My Angels?” 😇

✨This is such a beautiful question. So many of us feel the presence of angels, but wonder how to deepen that connection. And you’re not alone in asking — our angels want us to connect.

✨Angels are pure love and guidance. They communicate in gentle, subtle ways — through signs, feelings, and synchronicities. They never force, they always invite. The biggest key is to ask. Angels honor free will, so they wait for our invitation.

✨Here’s a simple way to connect: Sit quietly, place a hand on your heart, and say out loud or silently, ‘Angels, I invite you close. Please show me your presence in a way I can recognize today.’ Then stay open. You may feel warmth, see a feather, hear a song, or simply feel a sense of peace.

✨The more you ask, the more natural the connection becomes. It’s like building a friendship — every small interaction deepens the bond

✨ Recently, a close friend reached out to me after having a powerful dream about her father, who had passed several years ago. She told me it felt so real—the first dream she’s ever had of him since his passing. In it, she cried with joy as he walked up, hugged her, and simply held her. When she woke, she could remember every detail clearly… it didn’t feel like “just a dream.”

I explained to her that what she experienced was a visitation, not an ordinary dream. The difference is that visitations carry such clarity and vividness—they stay with us, while regular dreams often fade.

What touched me deeply was that as I shared this with her, her dad’s spirit came forward. He showed me details of the dream she hadn’t mentioned—like how he appeared in his forties, even though he passed in his eighties, and what he was wearing. He then gave a beautiful validation: he showed me a photo of himself in his twenties, leaning against a car. My friend then told me this is one of her most treasured photos of him—the very one she often looks at. This was his way of letting her know he is with her in those moments of remembrance.

“Not only have we lost our intimacy with death in the modern world but we have lost our conversation with the dead-and we have lost their wisdom too.” (Perdita Finn)

But this doesn’t have to be the case-it is my experience that our loved ones on the otherside want to be in communication with us, they want to help guide and support us and share their wisdom…..in fact I believe their wisdom is needed now more than ever…

Your loved ones live on in different form and are still with you….

You may have heard about the Veil between worlds….it is my belief that this veil does not exist as a way to seperate us but is actually the bridge that connects us…..two realms weaved together still connected through energy, through magic, and through love 💗

I am always so grateful to connect to those on the other side and bring through the messages and validations for their loved ones that they are still here with us….

The experince of connecting with them is no different for me as when I meet someone in the physical….each has their own unique vibration or energetic signature…..it always amazes me as I am able to feel their personalities just as they were in the physical…..it is still them!

Whether you knew your loved ones or not in the physical you can still connect with them……as much as I love being the bridge to Spirit and connecting you to them I also love helping others build there own bridge….you don’t need someone else to speak to them….

In the beginning all you need to do is start talking to them either out loud or in your mind, or you can write to them…..then be open to what you receive through your own intuitive abilities, or you can ask them for signs that they hear you or to answer your questions…..then just trust!
