Who is focused on feeling their best. By this I mean, who is paying attention😳!! Ignorance is not bliss when it comes to our bodies. You only get one ☝️!!

Who has the desire to have a clear mind, better sleep, clear up skin issues and mental fog, bloating, irregular bowl movements and SO many more long term effects on hormones, organs and overall longevity?!

Sounds like a lot maybe but all of these things are equally important.

I am focusing all summer on a continued healing ❤️‍🩹 in my body with my Gut Protocol program. Looking for peeps that want to feel great this summer and FOR LIFE!!

After a little holiday it’s nice to be back on track. It is amazing how quickly you realize how good food effects how you feel. Cut out the inflammatory things long enough and then add one back in 💥!!!!

I haven’t had alcohol, added sugar, dairy or gluten in over three weeks. Yesterday I surprised my mom and husband wirh a birthday trip to the Sunshine Coast. Yesterday I ate all the things 😏!!! Sugar, dairy, alcohol, gluten.

I work up this morning and couldn’t even remove my ring because of the inflammation. I am gas-y, bloated and my AMAZING 💩 are no longer 😭!!! Maybe TMI but hey, that is how we learn right.

Inflammation and food sensitivities are REAL. a lot of people do not want to admit it simply because they refuse to give up the things. They would rather sacrifice their health.

Having felt truly WELL for the past frw weeks has been very educational. I realize that no amount of instant gratification is worth the negative effects on my body.

Back on track today as best I can. For me food is not the issue so much as having a glass of wine. Let’s see how we go.

WHAT I KNOW…

What I know is that what we put in our bodies can heal or harm. I have seen proper nutrition lower blood pressure, reverse artery damage, improve energy and libido. I have seen more water intake change weight, skin issues, digestion. I have seen a decrease in woman’s hot flashes and hormonal issues simply by adding more minerals and removing caffeine.

What we put inside of us MATTERS🤯!!

Thank goodness western medicine is FINALLY realizing the importance of gut health and proper nutrition🙌.

I AM SO EXCITED 😆to set some new goals for myself!! This is about health and longevity for me. I want my body to be beautiful on the inside more then anything. This means Gut Health!!!!!

I have struggled on and off with autoimmune issues my whole life. One thing I know for sure is that stress and nutrition are key players in how I feel and function.

70% of people are struggling with Gut micro biome imbalances or irregularities and don’t even realize it! Our society is moving away from a focus on mind body connection and in turn is forgetting what it feels like to have energy, feel rested, feel happy and live without skin irritation or congestion. HERE ARE 10 SYMPTOMS OF AN UNHEALTHY GUT…..

💩You have an upset stomach. Frequent discomfort, gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and heartburn could be signs that your gut is having a hard time processing food and eliminating waste.

💩You feel tired more often than not. People with chronic fatigue may have imbalances in the gut. One study found that almost half of people with fatigue also had IBS.

💩You have trouble sleeping in general. An unhealthy gut can cause insomnia or poor sleep, which leads to fatigue. The majority of your body’s serotonin, which affects mood and sleep, is produced in the gut. So, when there’s bacteria or inflammation in the gut, your sleep may be affected as well.

💩You are intolerant to some foods. Food intolerances may be caused by poor quality of bacteria in the gut. You may have a food intolerance if you struggle to digest certain foods. This can cause bloating, gas, diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal pain.

💩You have extreme food cravings, especially sugar. Eating too much sugar can cause too much “bad” bacteria in the gut. High amounts of sugar, especially high-fructose corn syrup, are linked to inflammation in the body and puts you at risk for other diseases.

💩You have unintentional weight gain or loss. When your gut is imbalanced, your body may struggle to absorb nutrients, store fat, and regulate blood sugar. Weight loss or gain may be caused by bacteria overgrowth or lack of nutrients.

💩You have skin irritations. Some skin conditions like acne, eczema, and psoriasis may be related to gut issues.

💩You get migraines. There may be a link between headaches and gut health, especially if you experience nausea or vomiting with migraines. Studies suggest that people with frequent headaches are more likely to have gastrointestinal disorders too.

💩You have autoimmune problems. Some “bad” gut bacteria may trigger autoimmune conditions like thyroid issues, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and type 1 diabetes.

💩You have frequent mood changes. Gut problems and inflammation in the nervous system can lead to anxiety and depression.

I love my superfood smoothies but sometimes you just wanna chew something!!! Why not make it into a smoothie bowl?!?

I use plain coconut yogurt as a base and then add all the things.

Mix your scoop into the yogurt until smooth. Add a little water or alternative milk if you want it smoother. Top with fruit, nuts, keto bites from Costco, chia seeds or even a spoonful of nut butter😋!! Make it pretty, make it messy but just get it in ya💕

WHAT DOES “MIND BODY CONNECTION MEAN TO YOU?….

I have struggled throughout my life with emotional eating. The behaviour patterns that I fell into were not only awful for my body but even worse for my mind. The guilt that follows is horrible☹️.

I know so many women can relate to some kind of eating disorder throughout their lives. Sad but hopefully a learning lesson as it was for me

When I found coaching I was struggling hard emotionally. I had a lot of unresolved trauma that was surfacing at this time and I knew I needed to grow in new ways. I will be forever grateful 🙏🏻!!

Not only is the community uplifting and centred around personal growth. It is also a total solution approach. This means it encompasses all things needed to grow and change. Nutrition, Movement, Meditation, Gut Health and Community 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️
