Attaching the Prio Fit Pods to your feet properly is key for the best experience!
We recommend wearing shoes, but you can certainly go barefoot, depending on your preference.
1. Place the Pods under the balls of your feet.
2. Strap your feet firmly down using the straps.
3. Go slow, and if you ever feel unstable, modify your exercises and simply step down.
