For this week’s , make sure you have a proper ergonomic workplace set up.
We recommend:
- Have your monitor centered and at eye level
- Pull your keyboard close to prevent reaching
- Sitting with your hips pushed back in your chair and your legs even or slightly lower than your hips
- Changing positions frequently (sit-stand if possible)
- Taking micro-breaks to break up extended static postures
