A bigger clinic won’t solve a broken floor plan.
Most clinic owners think “more square footage” is the cure for a crowded waiting room, but without intentional design, you’re just paying for more chaos.

We worked with Pulse Medical and Pharmacy in Surrey to prove that a better design one that respects both the pharmacist’s workflow and the patient’s privacy is the ultimate profit-driver.

Your clinic’s blueprints could be hiding a $250k oopsie. 😅

Turns out, ‘pretty designs’ don’t matter if they violate 17 building codes (yes, we counted). One client almost installed $80k of cabinets in rooms that were literally illegal but thankfully we caught it.

Moral of the story? City permits don’t care about your Pinterest board.
